“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“Joni Zimmerman designed our kitchen as part of a recent whole house renovation. My husband and I had purchased a 20 year old home that was in need of an update, and our architect, Cathy Purple Cherry, recommended Joni to design our kitchen. We are so thrilled that we followed her recommendation. At the first meeting, Joni wanted to learn who we were and how we would live in the space. Throughout the process, Joni considered functionality, style, and budget, and she listened to us closely. I am no decorator. I know what I like when I see it, but getting there can be a challenge for me. Joni knew exactly how to guide me when I was stumped. The end result is a kitchen that we absolutely love and that is completely us. I probably spend more time there than anywhere else in the house. Joni is a professional, a gifted designer, an exceptional listener (thus a kitchen that is our style), and we highly recommend her to anyone in search of a kitchen or bath designer.”

The way she was able to put colors & materials together was just amazing. The outcome of my projects were all magazine worthy. “We hired Ellene to draw a plan for our home renovation, which involved enlarging our kitchen, enclosing a sunroom, and reconfiguring an existing den. While other neighbors with the same model house had done projects to expand their kitchens, we wanted to use the combined space to get an additional bedroom, small bathroom, and larger kitchen while at the same time only reducing the den slightly. After taking measurements, Ellene spent hours discussing with us how we could best use the space to meet our needs. She asked detailed questions to make sure we would have adequate storage, that the kitchen would conveniently accommodate appliances large and small, and that the new layout would work for our busy family. She was a valuable resource as we made decisions about types of appliances, pantry design, and much more. Five years after the renovation was completed, I can say the money we paid Ellene (just a tiny percentage of the total project!) was money very well spent. We are thrilled with the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and den, and at no point have I said "I wish I would have done X, Y, or Z differently." I have gotten Ellene's input on other home improvements since then, and she always adds a valuable perspective and is a pleasure to work with.”

“Joe and his team are simply the best at what they do! I initially hired them to remodel my master bath and when that turned out so beautiful and was done in less time. I hired them again to remodel my kitchen and other small renovations around the house. What is so great about Blackstone is that they have true craftsmen, incredible attention to detail and can do it all from design to tile work to electrical to plumbing to carpentry. “I truly want to point out the professionalism of United Cabinet Store. We had a very pleasant experience with this company. They had renovated our kitchen for a fair price compared to other remodeling companies out in the MD area. Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Alex was very professional and very to the point where we needed some clarifications regarding to questions and he took his time to answer every each one of them. We were astonished with their service and didn't really expected this much help from them. 5 star for their service. Thanks again for helping me getting a brand new kitchen.”

“We had a new roof put on our former home (2007) and Integrity not only explained their business and the options for shingles with respect, but did an excellent job doing the work. Their employees were extremely polite and cleaned up very well. When we bought our current home (2009), we asked them to do an inspection on its roof, and they told us honestly it was in fine shape and didn't need work. Because of their honesty, we recommended them to neighbors on both sides who have also hired them. Additionally, we asked them to do our new windows in our current home right after we moved in. Again, they were extremely professional, clean, and honest.”
