“We have engaged Tracy’s services on two occasions – for our residential home and then again for a rental property. We were already well into a major renovation when we realised we needed help and sought Tracy’s assistance with all the finishing touches and furnishing. Tracy completely transformed our home – choosing all the paint colours, wall paper, light fittings, furniture, curtains and even ornaments. We loved the new look and really appreciated someone taking charge and organising everything for us. She was able to co-ordinate all the trades and oversee their work, making the whole exercise a stress free experience. The second property was a rental which was looking very tired and dated. We sought Tracy’s assistance to do a mini renovation and makeover on a very limited budget as intended putting it on the market to sell. Again Tracy organised all the trades and chose all the finishing touches to present the house to sell. She transformed a dated 1980’s townhouse into a modern bright marketable home. Most importantly the property sold for the asking price in a very competitive market. We would most certainly engage Tracy’s services again and happy to recommend her to anyone considering a mini makeover to re-decorate or renovate.”

David Do from sales and marketing came to our house to measure our kitchen and seek information about our expectations on a Friday morning and we were sitting in QN's Morley Head Office the next afternoon looking at two designs to choose from. They were the only company that we had quotes from that made us think outside the box. The incredible designs were in 3D and offered ideas we had not even thought about. We were never pressured and both David and Ha's attitude, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Their quote was very acceptable and the Tradesmen they recommended for the plumbing, gas, electricity, flooring and plastering were excellent. All the tradesmen arrived on time according to the project schedule for our kitchen and flooring installation and the finish date was met accordingly. It only took 10 days from start to finish to install the kitchen and lay the floorboards which was incredible. David and Ha always made themselves available to answer any concerns and queries we had as the project progressed. We were over the moon with the finished result and it exceeded our initial expectations. Other family members were so impressed with our kitchen that they have also sought QN Designs to renovate their kitchen. The results speak for themselves in quality and design. We are now renovating our 2 bathrooms and did not even bother getting quotes from other companies. We went straight to QN Deisgns. The team went above and beyond my expectations from the start of the design with being able to conceptually walk through my own kitchen through the software my designer was using, my designer Dawn listened to issues and budget restraints and was able to come up with a design that suited my needs but also allowed for mass amounts of storage I never thought I could achieve in a tight space.
