“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“The general contractor Mr. Eldad Solomon is the best GC who cares and sets the standard for quality. From first day we met, he took the time to explain and understand our expectations. He took us from rendering design ideas to create architectural/structural plans. He pulled all permits and all inspections by city were completed with 100% success. He was hands on our project and made sure all details are completed to our satisfaction. He kept our project cost within the budget and the completion was on time. I called Progressive Builders see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. “It has been a coupe months since the completion of my backyard. I can’t express how happy I am with the turn out and how good of a job they did for me. At our first meet, Yoel came up with a design that would put our yard to better use… We initially only wanted turf installed, but he gave us the idea of placing a seating area in the center of the yard to make it more useful. He expanded it and made it a lot safer by putting up a retaining wall. Working with the inspector seemed to be a breeze, but Im sure a lot of work went into it. The crew followed the permitting plans and made sure everything as up to code. It was much faster than expected! Looking back at older photos of our yard, we couldn’t even have imagined that our yard would ever look like this. Gracias for everything, our dog is just as happy!!!”
