The company did not require a down payment and I paid what they told me it was going to cost in the beginning. The addition was to create a bigger master bath, which they renovated as well. They took the space from the side backyard. It took about 8 weeks from start to finish. My bathroom now is renovated and is bigger, just like I envisioned. Thanks for finishing the project on time. “Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time.
