“I used Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath and could not have been more pleased with the results. I moved into an apartment that was a complete gut job both kitchen and bath. Felipe and his expertise turned both rooms into what I had envisioned. From cabinets, to flooring and countertops everything was truly amazing. Felipe not only got me both kitchen and bathroom I asked for but was also on budget. I would highly recommend his first class service.”

“My wife and I hired Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling to build an addition onto the back of our house, which included a new kitchen, family room, patio, mudroom, and other modifications to the interior. From the start, I was very impressed with Keith’s preparedness and diligence. He created a very detailed and transparent budget (approximately 10 pages), which outlined each item to be done and the price. More importantly, his estimate was accurate, and the prices that we agreed to did not change throughout the project. Keith is also very hands-on. He was on-site every day during the project. He is extremely responsive by email and phone, and if I emailed him a question while I was at work, within a very short period of time, I would receive a response. He was also available on weekends to meet with me, which was more convenient for my schedule. The workmanship of Kling Brothers Builders is top notch. Their on-staff carpenters are excellent, and their subcontractors are all superb. I did not have any issues with shoddy work or questionable characters walking around my property or in my house. Keith is very diligent about the “structure” and integrity of the building, and takes pride in how well built and solid the “bones” of the project are. Although I am not a builder myself, you can just tell that something is well put together by looking at it. Keith stresses quality and perfection, and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. He has access to some of the best craftsmen in the area, and in particular he introduced us to a custom cabinet maker who created a showcase kitchen for us. His other subs, such as the electrician, the plumber, etc., were all personable and flexible. All in all, we were very impressed and happy with Keith Kling. Although my wife and I are reasonable, we also have very high standards. Given the size of our project (to us), we expected top service and attention. Keith came through with flying colors, and he was very friendly, personable, and professional throughout. I have no tolerance for service providers who do not do what they say or make you feel as though you are doing them a favor by giving them your money. Keith is certainly not one of those people. Our project came in on budget, and any additional work that I wanted done was communicated and agreed-to up front. There were no surprises and the communication between Keith and us could not have been better. I give Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling my highest recommendation. I hope to use them again on a future project.”

“My kitchen is stunning! The designers helped me with every step and gave me the benefit of their years of experience. The layout I imagined was changed into a working design, and they even came to my house first to see what kinds of things I would be storing, and then customized my design to my specifics. The designer came many times during the process and worked closely with my contractor to make sure everything was perfect. Their advice meant the difference between an ordinary kitchen and my own personalized space, right down to my custom stained glass cabinet doors - designed by me, and custom made at no additional cost. I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Rockland Interiors to anyone.”

“Majestic is such a gem. I have used them for two kitchens and have no complaints--a rarity for me! They have an exceptionally large showroom, carry a large range of upper end products and their employees are great. I recommend Nick highly as a designer. Not only did he create a drop dead gorgeous design, but he was constantly coming up with ways to save money without sacrificing quality. For example, I had put in granite counters six years ago and wanted to reuse them with my new kitchen. Everyone else I spoke to said it couldn't be done. Nick figured out that it could work if I used a farm sink. Bingo, $6k saved and I love the sink. During installation, Majestic's granite and delivery team saved the day. My kitchen was scheduled to be delivered during what turned out to be Hurricane Sandy. My friends all told me I'd be at the end of the queue, but the first day I had power restored they scheduled my delivery. They coordinated delivery by e-mail and everything happened like clockwork. I still don't know how it was possible to complete the project in a little over a week, but the Majestic-recommended contractor was also amazing!”

“We worked with Bob from S&CK for a completely renovated townhouse in Southport. he was extraordinary from the very beginning. He managed my expectations, and he helped us find exactly the right combination of kitchen cabinets to countertops, in very different materials, but completing styles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional, always. I am extremely happy with the finished project and will use Bob and Shore & Country Kitchens again, hopefully in the near future for another remodel.”
