“Synergy's attention to detail has been outstanding throughout the planning phase of our renovation. Synergy's design team exceeded our expectations and as demolition has now begun we eagerly await the construction phase. We have every confidence that Synergy's team will once again wow us. Update: Our Kitchen/Great Room renovation is complete and Synergy's design and construction teams absolutely blew us away with their attention to detail and customer service. To be fair, it is not possible to completely convey our level of satisfaction in a short review. When is the last time you worked with a team of professionals whose standards for excellence exceed your own? Without fail, when we would raise a potential issue with Synergy we would find out they had already noticed it and created a plan to address it. Think about that for a moment, not push back, not an attempt to avoid extra work by saying there is no issue. Instead, reassurance that they are holding themselves to a standard that is higher than your own. Simply put, that never happens. Yet with Synergy it is just the way they work. When their level of craftsmanship (which is nothing short of uniformly excellent) is married with Synergy's ability to design and deliver breathtaking spaces, the result redefines what renovating can and should be. We could not be more satisfied and impressed with our new Kitchen/Great Room. Synergy gets our highest possible recommendation on all facets of design and construction.”

“We chose Fairfax Kitchen Bath because they are a "one stop shop". You will also benefit from a company that puts the customer first. They will do whatever necessary to make your project a reality and to meet your expectations. They handle the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for the projects. Their design gave us a great-looking kitchen, more storage, and more natural light. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as they said it would. Justin was our our project lead. He's completely reliable and a professional. Cabinets for our kitchen project were made by Schrock Cabinetry, tiles are from Best Tile.”

“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift. Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside. Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet. I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home. Otis J. “Me and my wife did upgrade into our bathroom, we had great experience with the team and the team leaders. Starting off with design consultation, selections, to project start and end of the project. They were very professionally skilled, communicative, getting us updates on daily basis. They finished out full bathroom in less than 3 weeks. We have been using it for the past 3 months, very pleased. And highly recommend Moda Kitchen and Bath! Archie V. Wolfie”

“I'm a Realtor that has used Susan in my home, and have referred her to countless clients over the last seven years. Over the years she has done a complete renovation of a condo for a client. She has done several total kitchen renovations for clients as well as bathrooms of all sizes and price points. At this time she is helping a client ready their property for sale. The project includes: wood flooring, carpeting, granite & staging. Susan has a very winning personality & has a way of truly helping me to make clients realize what they need to do to their property in order to have it show at its very best when it goes on the market for sale. “James and Taeo Kwon Builders built a beautiful rear entrance with a mudroom closet, bathroom with shower and closet along with a covered patio. They finished on time and on budget despite numerous design changes along the way. They were flexible and accommodating. Their workmanship is superb. They use PVC boards for trim and Hardie cement siding that never has to be painted and will never rot. The tile in the bathroom and floors was laid precisely. They included extras such as a decorative niche and small closet for cleaning supplies in the bathroom and amazingly attractive finishing touches on the covered patio post.”

“My Kitchen and Bath re-did my bathroom this year. I had such a great experience! Not only were they timely and professional during the estimate process, but they made me feel like I was more than just a checkbook! I love this bathroom. It is a clean and simple, modern style which is exactly what I was looking for but couldn't explain to many people. John was wonderful to work with. First he listened to us carefully, then offered his own suggestions. He made the whole process easier by guiding us and directing us on the same token. Everything matches and looks great, and everything was finished on time. I am so pleased. I recommend to all my friends. I hope many others share the great outcome that I have.”

“We were looking for a remodeling company that could remodel our 1980's kitchen. We browsed the internet for the renovating company and also took suggestions from our friends. After an extensive discussion with others and hours of searching, we finally decided to go place our bet on WellCraft Kitchens, inc. Initially, we were very nervous, wondering whether or not we made the right decision, but the designer Ali and his staff soon made all our doubts dissipate with their excellent service. They brought our dream design to life with their brilliant creativity and constant hard work. They helped us pick out the right kind of kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, backsplash, and accessories. The entire kitchen harmonized well with the interior of my house which is what we wanted the most. My family, friends and even all of my relatives have loved the final result. Thanks so much, you guys! We will be back for bathroom project soon.”
