“We have never had a contractor/designer come into our home. It was a big step. However, I roughly explained my project to Keith and OMG, he helped me develop it to what it is today. He budgeted the job appropriately and was open to design changes. Keith and his team were polite, professional and prompt during their time in our home. We were confident that when they said they arrive they arrived and the job finished timely!! The workmanship on my basement remodel was phenomenal. Beautiful, unique and incorporated all of my design ideas. I would recommend ARHI to anyone looking to build or remodel. .”

“Geist Remodeling, LLC renovated our master bathroom, repaired a leak in our basement and built lockers in our entryway. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the owners and its employees. They were very professional and perfectionists at every turn. They met deadlines and stayed in constant communication. Besides fabulous workmanship, they were extremely respectful of our home and our family. Every evening, they fully cleaned up their work area, vacuuming and dusting if necessary. They also were great with our children and we never hesitated to leave them in our home unattended. We will continue to use Geist Remodeling, LLC for all of our future house projects.”

He took our "concept" of taking 3 rooms (small kitchen, nook and enclosed butler's pantry) into 1 room and created a beautiful yet functional plan for our kitchen demo/remodel. We really appreciated his attention to our budget and our desire to retain the vintage, Irvington feel to a brand new kitchen. “Jimmy was my contractor for a remodel on a rental house I bought. We walked the house and Jimmy made specific recommendations for the repairs and remodel. We discussed things like materials, sub-contractors, and cost in general, and my questions. He presented me a cost proposal and time schedule. House looks very nice, and I’ve got the pictures to prove it. Came in within budgeted cost and on schedule. It wasn’t just the big things he did, but the attention he paid to the small details. Details I never would have thought about or considered. I now have a house I am proud to own and rent.”
