I fully entrusted him with our apartment, 100%. Throughout the process, Lauren continued to be of great help. She was extremely responsive to every question that I had and helped addressed any concerns that I had. My e-mails never went ignored! I wish more companies hired people like her. The bathroom was completed ahead of schedule. The whole time it was being done, we never once stepped foot into the apartment because of our busy work schedule. The first time we saw the work was when it was completed. We did our walkthrough with Armen and he even surprised us with a gift! The bathroom came out better than I expected.
