“Chris was great to work with during bid and planning process. They removed old cabinets and flooring, and installed new cabinets, granite counters & backsplash, and floors. Everything was neat every day, and it was completed in 2 weeks. Every question and request was promptly attended to. We love our new kitchen.”

“Nest Woodworking is an amazing company to work with. They were very professional, met our deadlines and they do amazing cabinetry work. If you are considering any kind of custom cabinetry, I would highly recommend their work. We created custom closets and a custom desk for our upstairs remodel project and they were able to create a beautiful modern look that fits into our home seamlessly. Nest just came over to take pics and will post soon, which I will link to this review once posted. They do great work, highly recommended!!!”

From picking colors (interior or exterior), to remodeling a kitchen and bathroom, to selecting furniture and window coverings. “JCarsten Homes remodeled a 20 year old condo for us. They opened up a wall between the kitchen and great room, raised a steel beam to the 3rd floor with a crane thru the bedroom window, raised the kitchen ceiling, gutted the master bath, installed hardwood floors and carpeting and completed repainted the condo. Jason Myrlie, owner of JCarsten Homes, does exceptional work. He has a very positive attitude, a good attention to detail, hires reliable subs, and delivers quality work on time and on budget! He made our remodeling project an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend him for any construction project.”

“A friend of mine had Jim do his kitchen and was completely happy with the project. We followed his advice and contacted Jim - and we were delighted we did. Jim is easy to talk to, listens to what you want and offers expert advice. He provided us with a variety of options that met our requirements. The tear-out and install went perfectly - he has a great crew. They had to do some searching to get a sink that would fit in our cabinets, but they did their research and got us just what we needed. Bottom line, Jim is the person I would go with for any remodel job. It's done right, the first time and he has great follow-up on any and all parts of the process.”
