“We had the kitchen of our late Victorian terraced house replaced in November with some items custom built to our requests. Excellent materials, very good clean workmanship and good communication with the project leader and his team. The custom built pull out table is just what we wanted and made of solid materials. The fan built into our existing chimney breast has been very successfully getting rid of cooking smells etc. The internal kitchen door was converted to a sliding door which has opened up the kitchen. We were well above our original budget partly because of the quality of materials, new appliances and some extras e.g. more building work than was anticipated. After care has been very good and prompt attention given to any problems.”

“There was so many options in terms of kitchen suppliers, all said they could do this or that, so it was hard to see the wood for the trees. But when we finally made our choice, it was naturally influenced by cost, however this isn't an everyday purchase for us and really wanted someone to project manage the process. Being kept informed at every stage of the build proved priceless. There were no surprises in terms of hidden costs, the kitchen was fitted on time and to the highest quality. Delighted to recommend Ian and Provencale.”

“We were enormously impressed by Tom's approach to our kitchen and bathroom project and consideration for our needs from a design and functionality perspective. The Siematic kitchen is beautiful, the Bora induction hob superb and the attention to detail second to none. The support he and his install team gave us was second to none; there was the odd hiccup, as with any project, but what sets companies apart is their approach to sorting out the challenges, and theirs exemplary. “Marnus and Steve of Charnwood Kitchens were fantastic from start to finish. We had quite specific ideas on the styling but they took on board our ideas while giving great direction for the best use of the space. We had the added pressure of a new born child and hosting Christmas that year, so we were keen to have the project completed as soon as possible, which it was in the timescale given. Mark was the onsite installer who was very friendly, efficient and tidy! It was refreshing to experience after having a particularly bad experience with our builder. The workmanship and finishes are excellent and a number of friends have asked for Charnwood’s contact details after experiencing the kitchen. All in all, a great experience and we will be contacting Charnwood for the next project in the utility and bedrooms.”

“Mary brought a practical and well-informed approach to what was a complex problem. She was highly focused and enthusiastic, and brought in good tradesmen to ensure that the project was completed. The kitchen design is great. Her advice with regard to appliances, use of work space, type of surface etc. were invaluable. Six months on and the novelty still has not worn off. I would highly recommend Designer Kitchen Direct.”
