“I had Reynolds remodel my bathroom and kitchen. I got several bids for the job and even at this stage, Reynolds was by far the leader of the pack. They were very timely in coming out to my home to evaluate, measure and develop an initial design. I worked with their designer Kristin and she was absolutely amazing. She really listened to me, it was like she got what I wanted and helped me translate that picture in my head into the absolutely amazing remodeled kitchen and bathroom I now have. The entire team was also quite amazing and very easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable, professional and do an incredible job. They are very patient with their clients, explain the process clearly, and no question I had went unanswered. They also go above and beyond the call of duty. During the remodel, turned out I had a roof leak around the plumbing vent, and Logan, the production manager, got up on the roof and caulked the leak for me. I ended up with a kitchen and bath that are beautiful and very functional. I just think they are absolutely the best and recommend them without hesitation!”

They were very familiar with all the new trends and gave us many options to choose from. HEI handled the project from start to finish with great attention to detail and making sure everything stayed on schedule. It was very nice to have one point of contact for the entire project to have questions answered in a timely manner and make things stress free for us. We are very pleased with the end results”

“My cabinets in my Kitchen & Bathroom Vanities turned out even more beautiful than I expected. So pleased with the end results the pictures Don Not do them justice! My boring Blah honey oak cabinets went from Ordinary to Extordnary. The painted cabinets with the darker stain gives the decor a Fabtastic Finish. The technique was so much more than I expected. The quality & the time Lori took to make sure it was beyond Perfect. Everyone walks in and are taken back by the sheer quality. The time and care I don’t know of many people who give you such perfected quality. She, First sands everything than wipes them down thoroughly. Then it’s 2 costs of paint and then the technique in the staining is what gives the completed look that just gives it that Wow look. Very Happy & Satisfied Customer, Yea! Kristi Jetton”
