“Ivan came highly recommended to us by numerous reputable contracting companies. We entrusted him with analyzing the existent problems with moisture in our bathrooms and he corrected these issues above and beyond our expectations! The result is beautiful, the work is meticulous, the team was extremely reliable and all was completed in a timely and clean manner! Ivan even uses high technology imaging to prove the dissapearance of moisture after his work is completed. We plan on remodelling our kitchen in the very near future and will hire Ivan in a heartbeat!”

“Our designer, Alexandre, was very patient with us. We were turning 2 bathrooms and a bedroom into two larger and nicer bathrooms. It took us 8 months and MANY iterations to agree on the design. We never felt pressured to accept a design. Alexandre was tactful, however, if he thought an idea of ours would not work well - he kept us from making mistakes. His partner, Jean-François, acted as foreman, making sure everything was working well "in the field". At the beginning if the 10-week job they gave us a day-by-day schedule, colour-coded, indicating which tradesman would be working on which day, and they rarely deviated from this plan. Amazingly, all of these tradesmen were happy people, happy to work for Pop Design because they felt respected by Alexandre and Jean-François. The final product was beautiful! We couldn't be happier with their creativity, integrity, and organization. These are people who love what they do, are proud of a job well done, and are not out to make a buck by cutting corners.”

“I have worked on a couple of projects with Terry as an interior designer in the past few years. He and his crew are highly experienced in home remodeling, bathrooms, kitchens and built-ins. With 30 years experience behind him, whether the project is large or small, Terry can take care of all your needs from conception to the final product. Results are always fabulous. He is well organized, works in a timely fashion, pays close attention to details and most importantly to many clients, keeps the work area tidy before leaving for the day: always a plus in any messy renovation. He explains the process from beginning to end so there are no big surprises. The results are well worth it, and the quality is always first rate. “I hired Debra of True North to design and renovate two existing bathrooms - Master and Ensuite. She was able to give them an update without making them look out of place in my 60-year old home. I appreciate that the work was done with respect to my budget. Instead of gutting the rooms completely, costs were kept under control by reusing some of the existing fixtures. The work was done with a lot of care and great attention to detail. The character of the master bath was maintained by salvaging the existing mosaic tile floor. A new bathtub and subway tile surround was installed with two tile accent strips and soft blue painted walls to complement the vintage feel of the room. The existing vanity was updated with new handles, faucet and Swanstone countertop with integrated sink. The Ensuite bathroom and shower were gutted and completely retiled and a shampoo shelf added. A clever floating mirrored flip down cabinet was constructed over the toilet for extra storage. The Swarovski crystal knobs add a touch of glamour. Heating under the tile floor adds an extra level of comfort underfoot on cold winter days.”
