And she has a great eye for design and what type, style, color and size of handles and knobs go with each type of cabinet finish and door style. She is always professionally dressed, articulate and provides great customer service. I chose a knob that was expensive. She showed me a very similar and less expensive one, knowing that I was trying to save money. I stuck with my original choice cause I only needed 6 and the overall cost was just $30 more. I would highly recommend Design Line Kitchens for any kitchen or bathroom job you may have. They make the cabinets on site. They have very talented designers, which they do for free. Other contractors require a 50% deposit before they will give you a design. How would you know you will like their design? Design LIne Kitchens give syou 2-3 desgns to choose from according to your specifications, and adjusts the design you choose according to your wishes. I went in the store one day, desinger came out the next, had a design in less than a week. The owner, Steve Egan came to measure and gave me a detailed full cost estimate within 2 days. He is so impressive, I hired him to be my General Contractor on a complete condo, 1900 sq/ft/ renovations. He has a reputation for delivering on time, and he does. He promised me 6-8 weeks and was done in 7 . This is the most complex renovation I've done and the only one to come in on time and on the money. If you want a perfectionist, and the job done the right way, the first time, Hire Design Line Kitchens. I went to 2 other contractors. His prices are fair, his work excelllent and fast. “We hired Len's remodeling services for redoing our kitchen on our newly purchased house. We had a sales person come and see the old kitchen and started the design process. From the design to choosing all appliances and cabinets, Len's team was super engaged and helped us all the way. With the way we connected with him and his company workers, we decided to dothe complete house paint job and flooring. Len managed to package all costs and was the most competitive in the market. I got quote from 4 other providers from angies list (combined and individual work - kitchen, pain and floor). But decided to go with Len since I'm very impressed with the way the whole team worked together to bring all services parallel and finish the job. When we started the job, we found many problems with the house. There was a 1.5 inch sag on the front half of the house, which was promptly identified and corrected. This was a major work, creating supporting beams and columns. The team executed a phenomenal job on correcting all these issues in the house, which were unexpected. Len's team adjusted all their schedules and brought in the right experts from all directions to finish the job. I was kept informed and explained on all details fully to make sure I understand this fully. I was very confident that no one else could be this accomodative in a huge project like this. There were no breaks in the work and all the work were cleanly planned and executed to our fullest satisfaction. The huge part of this whole project was the communication channels we keep going between us and this company - I can pick up the phone and text/call anyone including Len and I would be able to sort or et information right there. This was the key to the whole project and was executed flawlessly. The workmen ship executed by Rocco and his team, the sales and technical team executed by Chris were all phenomenal. I'm so glad that I executed such a big project with Len's team. I would be doing/completing my basement and outdoor decking/landscaping in the spring and I'm very excited to work with them again. “Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”
