“I have worked with Tina Muller in Drury Design to remodel 4 spaces: kitchen, powder room, hall bath and master bath. I have to say, Tina is exceptional to work with. She is also very personable, understanding and patient with clients. Our old space was old and gloomy. We had been in the house for 7-8 years. With so many inspirations we found at Houzz.com and all the magazines, we could not decide exactly what our style is: traditional, modern, contemporary, ... as we like a little bit of everything, but most of all simple, functional, beautiful. Naturally, the design requirements we had given out to Tina for our relevant small-space kitchen and bath were functional, spacious and elegantly zen. On top of that, I had also requested lots of storage in all the spaces so we can keep things away yet accessible easily. I am very impressed with Tina and her work. She was able to sort through and filter our input to pinpoint what our style is in 2 appointments (the free consultation appointment and the subsequent appointment). In the subsequent appointments, we were able to tweak the design to meet all our needs. As we went through the entire process, Tina always made herself available to us with additional design needs, shopping, and picking out the right wall colors. Additionally, the Drury Design is a full-service design firm that I also utilized for project management, installation services. They work with high quality partners and suppliers for my appliances, granite, tiles, lighting needs... Here is a little secret: They really do stand by their projects, products, and services. You get what you pay for and you do pay for quality work and product but they don't nickel and dime you per hour. Thinking back, it was an ambitious project. We are very thankful to work with such a professional team. Tina and the Drury Design team has transformed our 25-year-old house into a beautiful, relaxing, inviting space. We are very happy with the work, the team and the services.”

“Stephanie's year of experience, talent for design and tasteful eye were evident as soon as she presented her plans for our kitchen remodel. Our home is a 1912 bungalow whose current galley kitchen with four doors- posed numerous challenges to redesign and remodeling. Stephanie listened to our long list of desires for the kitchen and was able to incorporate our wants while also making suggestions we would not have envisioned or thought possible. In the end our new design not only included a new kitchen but a pantry and laundry room, two things our home did not currently have. This space is now incredibly functional all because Stephanie was able to envision the space working even better for us then we did. Her detailed design was invaluable to creating a space that made the most sense for the way we live. In fact everything Stephanie did helped our home work better for us, from material choices to design. We truly could not be happier with our new kitchen!”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“Pat Franz and his entire Clairmont, Ltd. team were exceptional. My husband and I are thrilled with the design but, most importantly, the entire remodeling process was smooth... thanks to Pat. He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. We couldn't have been happier with the professional, clean, and efficient crew also. We would eagerly recommend Clairmont, Ltd. for any and all projects.”

“We have had Lemont Kitchen and Bath do extensive work in our kitchen, family room and living room, as well as two of the bathrooms in our house. I was impressed with their attention to detail, and the in their prep of your home to keep a clean work environment, and make it easy for you to live through the construction. The support afterward as far as questions, concerns and followup was impressive. Their work is first rate, and we would definitely use them again. “I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? The designers understood our style and our budget, and made recommendations that brought both together to create the best possible kitchen for a cold Chicago winter morning - from the warm floors to the gleaming tile (with a stop at the built-in Miele coffee system) it is an amazing space first thing in the morning, and so open and easy to cook in it's hard to believe it's real.”

“We are very happy to have worked with D. Higgins Construction on our primary bathroom remodel! The pricing was fair and competitive, especially when we added on some minor work in our other bathrooms and they were able to work us into their schedule quickly. From start to finish the communication was great, they were clear with us on what we could and could not do with the space, gave suggestions, were flexible with changes, and handled problems or unforeseen issues efficiently. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest. They worked quickly and cleanly, always tidying up before leaving for the day, and shared updates along the way. The end product is beautiful, we could not be happier with how beautiful our bathroom is now, and the whole process was so easy thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of D. Higgins Construction.
