Rick made sure we had all the paperwork for energy efficient tax rebate. 4. Enlarged kitchen doorway and relocated header out of sight in attic space with stunning results. 5. His recommendations for subcontractors have been good as well. Have used same carpet installer for additional projects. No matter what size of project you are doing Rick is always professional, stays in communication, respectful of home interior, clean up and doesn't leave a job until we are satisfied. Rick has welcomed us working alongside him. We have learned so much and truly respect his skill and expertise. During our recent kitchen remodel we needed to hire a drywall crew ASAP after ours was a no show at the last minute. Got 4 estimates in 24 hours. Decided to take the bid that was $850 less than Rick. Huge mistake. When we hired Rick for finish trim it was obvious what a shoddy drywall job it was. Because of his experience Rick was able to make all the trim work look perfect. We are still stuck with a shoddy drywall job. You can always find someone to do it cheaper and you will live with that for years.”
