“My wife and I were looking to remodel our kitchen and remove a wall to open it into the living room. We were very nervous about being on a fixed budget and so we contacted many contractors. Specialty Remodeling’s founder, Leo, came personally and gave us by far the best presentation out of the 10 contractors we interviewed. We almost immediately knew we would choose him although we completed every other contractor interview. What makes Leo different is his genuine love for the work and his confidence and willingness to be up front, provide 3D renderings for free almost immediately after meeting and under-promising but over-delivering. Throughout the process of construction, work basically never stopped. Weekdays, weekends, he completed the job in under 2 weeks when every other contractor was saying a 3 week job would basically be a miracle and 6 weeks was the expectation. Leo is dependable, honest and just has a good energy we did not get from any of the other contractors. In particular, to honor the agreement we had made about being on a fixed budget, Leo did a full half day’s work that he did not charge us for because that had not been part of the original deal we shook on. I think that right there speaks to the quality of the man and the company that he runs. Our lives are forever changed by Leo, he walked us through the stress of a significant financial decision and left us with something truly beautiful.”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“From our initial meeting with designer Meagan, we immediately knew that the WC Design Center would be the perfect fit for our remodeling needs. From the professionalism of the interior design expert Meagan, business accountant Melissa, and owner and designer Candy to the actual remodeling process under the auspices of Javier, the project manager, our first remodeling experience was extremely rewarding. Any concerns or changes that we expressed or desired as the project went forward were immediately implemented into the design by Meagan and flawlessly put into place by the contractors. As for the contractors who worked on our remodel project, they were extremely professional and highly skilled. Although as first time remodel clients we were overzealous in our desire to understand all aspects of the remodel project, Meagan and Javier never hesitated to patiently and completely answer all our inquiries in a timely and detail oriented way. Additionally, Meagan, in her proactive manner, was able to stay in constant contact with us for the duration of the process as each step of the remodel occurred. The ease of accessibility of Meagan and the contractors as well as Melissa and Candy define WC Design Center’s mission to keep the client included in all facets of the remodel. Meagan’s vision and design for our modern open concept kitchen and living room surpassed our expectations and although the remodel was completed in December 2013, there is not a day that goes by that we do not look at our new space and marvel at the beauty and functionality that came about as a result of that fortuitous day when we walked into the WC Design Center. We consider the WC Design Center the hallmark of excellence in design, service and final results. The evidence to support our trust in the WC Design Center is going to unfold shortly as we embark on our next remodel projects, the guest bathroom and master bathroom, which will once again be designed by the highly talented interior designer Meagan Pobanz. We can’t wait!”

“Mario and Christian took a dull, plain 1978 townhome and transformed it into a beautiful Italian-style home. It is gorgeous! The walls in every room are textured, faux beams were added, recessed lighting, and a combination of tile and hardwood floors. The renovation was done prior to us obtaining the home, but we contacted them as soon as we purchased the property to add a few things, paint, and tile the patio. Mario's design aesthetic is spot on! Both Mario and Christian pay attention to the most minute detail...and it shows. We could not have asked for a more professional job. Neat, tidy, within our budget, and on time! Every single person who we have recommended them to has phoned us to say how thankful they are!”

“I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”

“Coastal Home Construction renovated my home in March & April of 2023. Every room.was worked on plus I purchased some new furniture pieces. The team did a great job & also assisted & helped me make decisions for decorating. The team was very patient with me & thorough & endeavored to please me which they did. I have used them in projects in 2022 also.”

“Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”
