“Alice Eichner is a top-notch professional; she listens, makes suggestions, shares design ideas, and implements impeccably. For a complete remodeling, "re-imagining spaces" project of a mid-80's home in need of updating, we hired her to handle the colors and finishes, appliances and cabinets, countertops and floors, windows and doors and shades. She worked with the furniture and artwork we brought from another home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. When we ran into a glitch with an appliance, she jumped on the problem immediately and made sure it was taken care of. She worked hand-in-glove with the contractor to bring the project in on time, important to us since we were retiring to Austin from another state. Bravo!”

“I hired Craig Thompson (CSS-Tile) to do the following in my kitchen: Remove and replace existing laminate countertops with granite. Remove and replace existing tile backsplash with new tile backsplash. Install new sink and faucet. Enlarge the bar area. All the work was completely done beyond my expectations. Craig is a master at installing tile. His attention to detail was wonderful. He helped me in the selection of the tile, granite, sink and faucet. He was on-site when the granite was installed and made sure everything was done correctly. He built out the bar area with undermount supports that makes the bar seem to float with no obtrusive corbels. This was something I was unaware could be done and I know took longer to install than traditional supports. I'm grateful that he came up with that option. The project was completed on time and I'm extememly happy with the results.”

“We hired Lisa Dell Design and BCS Construction to undertake a remodel of our kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“So pleased with these two and their crew! They're a pleasure to work with in the home! Joan and Michel assisted in our kitchen remodel. We had undesirable tile in place which needed careful demolition, as we had already re-faced our kitchen doors. Not only was the demo quick, seamless, and ultra-respectful, they installed floor and backsplash tile well ahead of the quoted schedule. Since we were so pleased with their effort there, we asked to add paint and electrical work to finish off the job. They made quick work of that, too, with just another day and a half! Joan and reVision was key in assisting us to find affordable and varied tile options to choose from. Their craftsmanship and results are exceedingly satisfying - quality and excellence all around. They are knowledgeable beyond what they were hired for here at my home, and I can't wait to work with them again for my future bathroom reVision! Hope to see these two back next year for round two. ““I’ve had the pleasure of working with George and Gretchen on numerous new construction builds and larger remodels. As a flooring subcontractor for several builders, I can say that George and Gretchen’s attention to detail is impressive. They question everything to help insure that the quality and final results they deliver to their clients is Top Notch and what was promised. As with any construction related business, issues always arise, but the professional manner to which they address and handle those issues is also impressive and I’ve worked with a lot of builders. If you’d like to work with a smaller Custom Builder that will actually have time to work with you, instead of throwing you into que, or pawning you off on less qualified, less caring subordinates…Double R Builders could be a good choice for you.””
