He has an amazing knack for smart design suited especially for the family living in that particular home. He does not try to "sell" anything and would never let his customer order before he was sure that they had sorted through all of the necessary details. I was especially excited to have the new kitchen completed and was probably a bit hasty to place our cabinet order. More than once he cautioned me to slow down and enjoy the process and not to rush anything. He is not about making a sale. It's also important to mention that before we found John we had a "custom" cabinetry company come look at the space. I showed that company our kitchen and the adjacent office in case they wanted to utilize that space. They did not think it was necessary. The first time John came to our house he looked at the kitchen and the office space and immediately suggested a brilliant design that would turn the office into a walk in pantry from the kitchen. He also saw that we had purchased some entry lockers and he came up with a design so that they could be sunken into the wall in the hallway next to the garage. Keep in mind he came up with all of this while I was rambling and our three year old son was bouncing off the walls. He truly has a gift. When the cabinets arrived I was ecstatic. I could not believe how beautiful they were. I looked at John's design drawings countless times and loved the samples we received but nothing compares to seeing it when it's actually in the home. We have had the kitchen in place for a few weeks now and every single time I walk into the room I am taken aback at how gorgeous it is. Because of John's work, the house we bought last year is finally starting to feel like home. We will enjoy this kitchen / pantry / locker nook for years to come. We are so grateful to have found John. Not only is John a delight to work with, but his prices are extremely reasonable. Every single person that has seen our new kitchen is amazed with the transformation and they all also thought it would cost double what we actually spent.”
