“We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. It has been about ten years since they completed our home and we are everyday enjoying living there tremendously, we constantly receive compliments from friends and families, and we love it. No issues or concerns about the home even after all these years. “Our experience with Live Well Remodeling and Construction was very good. We went with them because they were recommended by a friend. Adam was great to work with. He doesn't pressure you at all and will delivery quality job with his crew. The installation process was excellent, we discussed everything with him. To be honest that was not a big deal for us. “Wendy Wilson did the design of my major home remodel that included the removal of a load-bearing wall, a room addition, and extensive remodeling of existing spaces. She listened to my ideas, added her design expertise, and developed the plans. She was a pleasure to work with, always focusing on what was important to me and what was consistent with the quality I was looking for. Her design ideas were fantastic for my project. She helped me interview contractors, and each one we talked to praised the completeness and quality of her drawings. She ushered the project through the design approval process with the city, so all I had to do was go pay for the building permits. She assisted me in the oversight of all phases of the construction. I'd hire her again in a minute, and highly recommend her services. I now truly love my home for the first time since we bought it in 1974.”

I met Shane Willhoite and upon my arrival I immediately felt that between his products and design ideas I could move forward once again with The Kitchen Factory. Shane was so helpful and professional to work with. Between our collaborative efforts we ended up with a beautifully designed and functional kitchen that I am very happy with. I highly recommend their company and their staff is exceptional!”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“Going with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. was the best decision I could have possibly made for transforming my kitchen. Price, materials, installation and service cannot be beat!! The installation was very smooth and fast. They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. They are also very accommodating. I should also point out that they did not charge me for any hidden extras or surprise costs when the work was complete. My only complaint is that the kitchen looks so good, it's making the rest of my place look damn cheesy!! I predict a trip to Sears in my immediate future, since my cheapo stove sticks out like a sore thumb. I will absolutely be back for my bathrooms. Thanks OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. and all the Yelpers helping me find this gem! Also, they do free in-home estimates so call them! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”
