“Mclaughlin installed hardscape in my backyard consisting of spa with waterfall, fireplace, retaining walls, raised patio with dual steps, pilasters and custom benches. The hardscape turned out beautiful. High quality material consisting of travertine and stacking stone , excellent color/texture for stone work, grand looking custom colored concrete caps on retaining walls and pilasters. High quality spa equipment. The curves for walkways and walls add an interesting dimension to yard. Jerry has a key eye for art which he is able to translate into his landscaping projects.”

“Our original plan was to meet with Kathryn and just pick her brain. Several hours later she had redesigned our entire front and side yard. We were bowled over with her professional demeanor, attention to detail and wonderful laugh. She listened to what we wanted, paid attention to our style and came up with a plan that was not only beautiful on its own but will absolutely highlight our home's unique architecture (its a 1914 Craftsman). Later when we saw some of the other more impressive projects that she had done we realized how talented she is. There is nothing she can't do! The real proof in the pudding was when we went to a local nursery to pick up our plants. Upon hearing that Kathryn was our designer the employee sighed and said "I wish I had a Kathryn Rue designed yard". Now that's an endorsement.”

“Aaron's team did a fantastic job transforming our muddy, uncomfortable backyard into an inviting space we truly enjoy. The rear of our property sits under a dense canopy and was unusable for our daughter and dog. The design Aaron & Hadiza envisioned met all our needs, providing multiple seating areas and blending the existing architecture with new elements, all while using a naturalistic but low maintenance planting scheme. We now have a beautiful, modern and safe space for our daughter to play and comfortably entertain 20 guests. The construction process went smoothly. The crew was efficient and used high quality materials while staying within budget. When labor costs exceeded the budget, there was open communication and we were able to find a middle ground. “Ray completely designed our front and back yard including all hardscape and softscape. We wanted to put in a pool and complete outdoor living environment in our back yard, and upgrade our front yard / driveway to enrich the entire look of the property. He did a phenomenal job on the Design. We went back a forth a couple of times till we settled on exactly what we wanted. He was great at presenting us with options to fit our budget. And, he monitored the contractor during implementation which was a big help. Ray took personal pride in every detail. He has a passion for quality and settled for nothing less that perfection. We recently had to move and sell our property. I have to say our yard sold the house and we made a 100% return on our investment in our yard. I cannot recommend Ray high enough.”
