“Yardscapes did an excellent job of turning a bland hillside into a wonderfully terraced area of our yard by adding boulder and timber walls for garden spaces for what was then our new home. Additional terraced garden areas for my herbs, vegetables, flowers and greenhouse were skillfully blended into and at the edge of our wooded and natural habitat inspired yard. They understood our vision for the place and were ultimate professionals the whole way through. All of their work has stood the test of time, remaining intact and attractive for years and years. I'd highly recommend them to others.”

“We looked at many landscapers' projects and after going to several of Ground One's finished designs, we knew they were the right fit for us. Our house is a 1928 stucco and stone French Tudor and we really wanted the landscaping, including a retaining wall, front yard stonework and a column, to look as if they were always there. Ground One did it perfectly! The completed project is seamless and amazing. We were impressed with Pat Weiss' professionalism, problem solving skills and his ability to think outside of the box for us. The timeline and budget were on track and the crew did everything and more than what we expected. We highly recommend Ground One!”

We also especially appreciated the creativity and focus on a unique landscape design that incorporated our vision. Other firms we talked to were much more interested in doing very boiler plate designs whereas Michael from Sticks and Stones clearly is designer, both he and his partner also had significant years of experience and expertise that we found invaluable. We would highly recommend them!”
