“The Pattie Group has taken care of our property for the past 8 years, 3 of which we were not living in the home. We trusted them with everything even when we were not there and relied on them for many extra services , ie watching the home, letting people in for work, etc. Not only did they take impeccable care of the gutters, water fall, sprinkler system, grounds, gardens, tennis court, etc. but they were very efficient. The home was a garden showcase and I could not provide a higher recommendation for The Pattie Group. they truly delivered on their reputation as the premier landscape provider in the Chagrin Valley. Their service and communication was excellent. Their workers and staff were always polite, always took the extra step and made us feel as if they were a partner in maintaining the home. Their landscape style was very natural, even trimming shrubs, etc in a more sophisticated way than the norm. than other landscapers.”

“My wife and I highly recommend LWB Design. Lindsey delivered an excellent design, handled the bid process, and worked with the contractors to deliver our dream yard. Lindsey is easy to work with, very thorough, and always available. She paid attention to the smallest details and made sure all requirements were completed by the contractors. Overall, working with Lindsey was a great experience.”

“We hired 9th Avenue Designs to provide a plan for the exterior of our home for a complete renovation. I was very impressed -- Pat uses all of his knowledge and experience in order to create a unique design specifically for us. I felt like the other people we talked to were just proposing the same elements they do do everywhere, and weren't nearly as focused on details. I would strongly recommend 9th Ave.”

“John and his team did a beautiful job on building a backyard patio and gas fire pit. John's craftsmanship and experienced helped deliver the job just as we desired. John provided additional ideas and insights that helped improve upon our initial design. John was very pleasant to work with and communicated very effectively. John was conscientious about his work and made it a habit to tidy up the work site each day. I will continue to recommend John to friends of mine.”
