Lindsey is easy to work with, very thorough, and always available. She paid attention to the smallest details and made sure all requirements were completed by the contractors. “The Pattie Group has taken care of our property for the past 8 years, 3 of which we were not living in the home. We trusted them with everything even when we were not there and relied on them for many extra services , ie watching the home, letting people in for work, etc. Not only did they take impeccable care of the gutters, water fall, sprinkler system, grounds, gardens, tennis court, etc. but they were very efficient. The home was a garden showcase and I could not provide a higher recommendation for The Pattie Group. they truly delivered on their reputation as the premier landscape provider in the Chagrin Valley. Their service and communication was excellent. Their workers and staff were always polite, always took the extra step and made us feel as if they were a partner in maintaining the home. Their landscape style was very natural, even trimming shrubs, etc in a more sophisticated way than the norm. than other landscapers.”

“We hired 9th Avenue Designs to provide a plan for the exterior of our home for a complete renovation. I was very impressed -- Pat uses all of his knowledge and experience in order to create a unique design specifically for us. I felt like the other people we talked to were just proposing the same elements they do do everywhere, and weren't nearly as focused on details. I would strongly recommend 9th Ave.”

“Cloonan Design Services provided a turnkey job to add a new 2 car garage with an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area, and completely new landscaping in our back yard area. They provided the design and blueprints for the completed construction. They took the blueprints to our area zoning board for approval. All the contractors chosen for this improvement were highly skilled and diligent in their workmanship. Cloonan Design Services provided a detailed estimate that was fair and just and with the high quality materials.The job was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend their services for any future construction or remodeling.”

“I worked with Eric while he taught our college landscape design courses. HIs designs are outstanding, and our students gained immeasurable benefits from his instruction. What I liked most about his designs was his creative, yet realistic approach to customer needs. So many designers use elements that may be trendy, or the latest fad that may not be the best application in practice. Eric is responsive to the customer's wants and needs, and builds his designs around them in a way that makes sense. He's an outstanding designer who I would highly recommend.”

“After tolerating an embarrassing backyard I for over ten years, I called on Leslie to rescue me before hosting a significant family event. I had a two-fold goal, give me a plan over stages and make the first stage possible in less than four weeks. Leslie delivered on both counts. She pulled out her paint cans and flags to help me invision what we could do, took photos of the current state, and respectfully educated me on her process. The beds went from barren to lush because we finally knew what would work, saving us time and money by avoiding trial and error. Our party was a success with many compliments on the transformation and we have a game plan for this year. Most importantly, we used our yard more in the last summer than in the combined previous five years. Ease your mind, call Leslie and enjoy your home!”

“We have worked with Cutting Edge since 2008. They are very conscientious, and reliable. They have installed a large patio (pavers) with a fire pit, fountain, putting green, outdoor kitchen and pergolas. They have also installed various hard scape and plant scape on our property over the years. The company maintains our lawn throughout the season, which always looks healthy and beautiful!”
