“The Ream Design team was outstanding in all aspects of the project. They took the time to understand our tastes and needs, and created detailed site plans They listened to our feedback and worked to create plans that we felt comfortable with, guiding us along the way in a constructive manner. We we signed the dotted line they brought in a large crew with the necessary tools. The plants they furnished were top notch. They took care to plant carefully, clean up every day, and to not damage any of the surroundings. If there was a problem they took case of it. No problem was too small. They then guided us during the critical first year when the landscape developed. They took obvious pride in their work and we ended up with a top notch landscape that gets better every year. We were completely satisfied with their work.”

“Carey was a delight to work with. She listened to my goals for my yard and created a long term plan for landscaping. The pictures are of phase one which is the front of the house. She found a water bowl that adds an architectural element and is lovely to look at in the rain. Installation was perfect and done in a timely manner. Can't wait to add to the project this spring.”

“Elliott created a schematic for my large front yard, which by the way is a piece of art in itself that I will have framed and hung in my home. He did a fabulous job and exceeded our expectations. The way he laid out the plantings, it really framed our yard and made if feel like an oasis of our own. He was very particular in the positioning of the plantings to create privacy as well as a beautiful view from inside the home. Elliott is also very personable, and listens to what the customer wants, incorporating his expertise and customer desires into a couple of plans we had to choose from.”

“We served as a contractor to build Angie Verge's landscape design. Angie is extremely organized and efficient. She provided a full bid package with clear CAD drawings to build off of, all to scale with complete dimensions and notes. She was open to discussion, collaboration, and changes while still maintaining leadership of the process and executing effective decision-making throughout. This is the combination we look for in a designer. She provided us with valuable constructive feedback after the project. The experience of working with Angie was great from start to finish, and the project was a success. “I hired Kathy to remove old, overgrown existing bushes and plantings and design a new garden and walkway border in front of my house.She came up with a beautiful plan that utilized low maintenance plants that were indigenous to the area and could be maintained with organic gardening methods.Since I live near a salt marsh,I did not want herbicides and pesticides used on my property in case of run-off into the ocean.I gave her my favorite colors and flower suggestions and she did the rest.She was very hardworking and came when scheduled so I felt she was very reliable.Her fees were fairly priced and I found her to be a pleasure to work with.I have recommended her to several of my neighbors and friends.”

“A site contractor recommended LM Land Design, LLC to me because of the very good working relationship he had with Lise on several residential projects. I was working on a limited budget and wanted to build on an overall landscape design for my residence that I could add to each year. I called LM Land Design, LLC and talked to Lise . Lise came out the next day and we got started on creating a working drawing. (Best move I could have made) Lise was extremely helpful, reasonable priced and offered a lot of great Ideas . LM Land Design, LLC provided: 1) a working drawing, 2) a plant list that fit the NH area, 3) Conceptual Design (ideas to contemplate,) 4) construction Planning, 5) gave me the ability to budget Thank You Lise, Ray Madore West Shore Road Windham NH”
