Fast forward to the end of 2023 the garden looks incredibly beautiful which includes a diverse assortment of flowers, plants, and some trees. “We have dealt with Sam and his business for nearly two years. From concept to install to maintenance, Plantology have been nothing but outstanding. They have transformed our garden. The maintenance package offered is well worth the costs, investing in your garden when time is precious makes sense. The end results are phenomenal. “I asked Briony from Bee's Gardens to help me create a town garden from scratch. I had a good idea of the kind of design I wanted but needed someone to create a working technical landscape plan for the builders. With her designers eye Briony took my ideas and sympathetically altered them to come up with a brief which suited and enhanced the space much more than the original sketch. I found it very difficult to envisage a garden in a space where nothing existed and the 3D plans were a huge help in making everything come alive. I didn't need a planting plan but Briony's beautiful mood boards were an inspiration which fed into the final plant and tree choices. We have been delighted with the garden as it has settled in this summer and the design has been much admired. I never thought the project would turn out so well.”

“I had a fairly large border (approx 8m x 5m) which had been neglected for a few years. I wanted to create a low maintenance flower bed and liked the idea of a country garden look. Ben and Paul came round and assessed what was there in terms of position (light/shade), soil and the shrubs which were worth retaining. We also discussed budget. I then received a planting plan with a quotation and commissioned the work. The bed was cleared and planted mid June and I am delighted with the result. I now have a bed which will flower more or less from May to September and will require increasingly less maintenance as it matures. FGD are extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice on other areas of my garden (not areas which will result in work for them). I do have another two areas which do need a makeover and I will certainly commission them to undertake the project.”

“We just didn't know what to do with the small, neglected garden of our new house. But Jo did. She listened attentively to our ideas, then made exciting and quite daring suggestions that really stretched our imaginations, and encouraged us to be brave enough to go beyond the ordinary. The result is a stunning riverside garden that regularly stops passers-by in their tracks. Jo's detailed and professional illustrations enabled us to visualise the new garden. Her knowledge of plants has given us a garden full of interest which, with the clever use of different levels and textures, looks much bigger then it is. And she really cares about the gardens she creates. Nine months after the garden was finished, when Jo heard that the Thames had flooded, she contacted us and generously offered her help with any repairs and replanting needed. But inspite of two weeks under water, we didn't lose any plants or suffer any damage. Jo's clever design and planting (flood resilience was part of the brief) gave us a garden that withstood the floods and came back looking even better in it's second year. Jo was an absolute pleasure to work with.”

“Very pleased with the job Zane and his team did, it's high quality and very sturdy. They came in to sort out a poor job done by a previous company. As soon as we met Zane we had confidence that he could help us. The work done has given us a great base from which we will now be able to make our garden into something really lovely. Once we are ready to do that we will be contacting Golden Gardens again.”

“We are completely delighted with our evening patio area. Having enjoyed it for just a year now the shrubs in the raised beds have filled out the space and have started to provide some welcome colour for their second season. The barbecue and wooden furniture are recently uncovered ready for the first party of the year this weekend. Looking back at photographs of the work being done at the beginning of 2018 it is hard to remember not having this space in our garden. The design enhanced our own ideas and workmanship both on and around the site was extremely high quality and professional. We can totally recommend Urban Gardener. Its been a great experience all the way through.”

They were an absolute pleasure to work with, highly professional whilst very personable. The job was completed to an extremely high standard, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their work to anyone in the future.”

“We required a full garden make over to include a family friendly lawn space, summer house, garden shed, hard paved areas, garden lighting and flowerbeds that would provide texture and colour throughout the year. WE also stipulated that it had to be low maintenance! Luckily, we employed Nikki Scott who exceeded our expectations both in terms of what could be achieved on our budget but also from the level of service and attention to detail. From initial survey Nikki was able to provide some incredible mood boards and full colour designs/plans with detailed specs of plants, timber buildings, lighting and paving as well as a number of estimates for all materials. Nikki also helped us to plant out the vast array of plants, trees and shrubs she sourced and delivered at very competitive prices. The project was completed under budget and we now have an amazing garden space which is truly impressive. Thanks again Nikki and feel free to let your prospective clients know they can contact us for further information or photographic evidence of our garden.”
