“Mark came to work on my garden in December 2015 on the recommendation of a good friend. I was looking for someone who could turn my vision into reality and work closely with me and provide me with the benefit of experience with hard landscaping (something I knew very little about). From the very start, Mark was enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, and he gave me great advice. He was realistic about what I could do, and brought the project in on budget, and on time. The garden was completely made over, he put in lots of hard landscaping, a large lawn, five large trees and several borders for me to plant. In addition to this, he and his team were always considerate and polite, often working in the wet and cold, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the results. The brief was to turn what was a somewhat non-child friendly garden into a space that could be enjoyed by children and adults alike. The end product surpassed all our expectations. In order to fanalise the look and feel of the garden, Eve produced and presented a detailed design and planting portfolio. Eve visited the site whilst the work was being carried out and was always on hand to answer any queries. Eve’s clever and insightful design means we have a garden that is robust enough to withstand the children playing endless games of football but also with space for us to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful plants and flowers.
