“I have worked with Bloomin' Gardens multiple times over the past 15 years. Kathy has advised me on the overall development of two gardens, one a suburban garden and the other is on the Mobjack Bay. She has drawn plans and supervised installations for certain phases of the projects. She has given informal plant and plan advice, as well. Kathy is creative and knowledgable. The plans she has designed and the advice she has given has withstood the test of time. She is easy to work with, quick and professional.
