“Kristen designed a garden bed for my home. I came to first meeting with definite skills and preferences and needs/problems. Kristen listened and understood my questions, got to know my garden and me, and generated the design within a few weeks. The design had alternatives to considerate. She also hooked me up with pros to do tree removal and fireplace design. She was professional, upbeat and creative and easy/fun to work with. Seemed genuinely interested in my (small) project.”

“I would highly recommend Kris for any landscape design project. We have a tricky sloped backyard. He created a beautiful and well thought out design incorporating both plant design and hardscaping. He was professional, fast, and very accommodating for specific requests and changes during the design process. Plus he knows a great deal about plants and how they will grow and look together depending on the look you want. My favorite thing is he has a community of the actual working landscapers who he happily recommends once you are ready to execute his designs. You can’t go wrong choosing Kris for your project.”

“Hilarie did a terrific job of design and executing a comprehensive landscape project for our North Shore property. She has an uncanny and unerring eye for what might work in a location and quickly comes up with creative ideas on how fill space. For example, we had an old stone anchor buried in the mud on the side of our property. She recommended placing it upright as the centerpiece in our side garden, where it now stands looking terrific. In addition, one of Hilarie's great strengths is her ability to co-ordinate all aspects of a project so that they mesh into an integrated whole. She also brings with her an excellent team which is talented, polite, hard working, and reasonably priced. We have continued to use them for ongoing maintenance and they have been great. Bottom Line- We highly recommend Hilarie. She is creative, professional, and easy to work with.”

“Andrea did the design, execution and ongoing maintenance of a master landscape plan for my Cambridge residence. The work was done on-time, on-budget and to a high degree of quality. The ongoing follow-up and maintenance has also been spectacular. In particular, I think Andrea is good at: 1. Collaboration: The final design was a combination of her ideas and my ideas. She had no problems listening and incorporating my thoughts. 2. Project Management: She is an on-time, on-budget type of person who proactively communicates what is going to happen when. I have never worked with a contractor/landscaper who is this good. 3. Great team: The people she assembled to do the work were top notch. All locals with great knowledge of the area (two of the contractors actually grew up in my neighborhood) as well as their craft. I would recommend Andrea to anyone who is serious about getting a good job done well.”

“I hired Stephen Bagley and Studio B Design to overhaul the front landscaping of my house. We had woody, overgrown shrubs, an out of date walk way, and no flow to the design. Stephen assessed the area, made recommendations - things we would never would have thought of - and we ended up with a front yard that is beautiful and still in keeping with our nearly 100 year old house. We live on a well traveled street and continually received compliments from neighbors and strangers on the changes we made. Stephen is an artist and a professional. His knowledge of plants, design materials and the natural environment runs deep and is woven into the fabric of what he does. Stephen is smart, reliable, honest and fun to work with. Five stars really isn't enough!”
