“We used LGD for several projects, not least the design and building of our garden. The design process was painless, with expert advice from their lead designer on hand almost whenever we needed her. The build was complicated due to access through the house and parking issues; however, the work was of the highest expected standards, and the project management allowed us to take a step back and let the team get on with the work. Both the landscape team and designers were engaged and polite throughout.”

He explained why he had chosen each plant and how they would work together. We’re really happy with the end result and can’t wait until everything comes into flower. “We have a 140ft long/30ft wide garden. We gave Joanne a remit to create a garden with borders of plants and flowers which would provide year round interest, attract bees, provide lovely scent, and be easy to manage. She produced a garden design which surpassed our requirements. She spent a lot of time discussing planting schemes with us, and took control of the order and delivery of the plants. She also organised and managed the building work which included a curved brick pathway, patio, and seating area. Her attention to detail, her creative flair, and her ability to translate our requirements into a wonderful garden which looks beautiful all year round, is amazing.”

“We had a very small space with an odd shape and awkward levels and were at a bit of a loss as to how to deal with it. David was a marvel in how he cleverly teased out our 'wants' and 'needs' and distilled them into a fabulous design which we instantly fell in love with. He also project managed the works and his constant attention to the implementation and strong focus on quality and problem solving was much appreciated. David is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and hard working; and was always open to us making changes as we went along. We are very happy in our lovely little courtyard garden and would highly recommend David. Rose and Peter”

“Abel Landscaping and Darren have made a First Class job of my Driveway, Patio and Artificial Grass to a very high standard. This was all done while I was away on holiday, I was kept informed of all progress on a daily basis with pictures sent to my Mobile phone. That's what I call going the extra mile. I had some additional work done and was kept fully informed of any additional costs as when this happened. Thomas who installed my Driveway, Patio and Grass is one of the best Ground workers I have come across, with so much knowledge and great recommendations.”

“Kristina created a beautiful garden from the more or less bare field that came with our house. It was a really awkward L-shape with an unsightly view of the nextdoor outbuilding and Kristina managed to create a garden of three compartments which made sense of the space, with a pleached hornbeam hedge to screen the view. Kristina listened to all our requirments and delivered a stunning colourful flower garden with a pergola of our choice as a centrepiece, which gives us joy all the year round. She helped us monitor the progress of the hard landscaping contractors, prepared the beds and planted up the garden to the highest standard all within a short timescale. We have shown our garden for the last two years for the National Gardens Scheme and always receive wonderful comments about it. Kristina continues to oversee our garden and its ongoing development.”

“I hired Jo to advise me on how to, first clear my over grown mess of a garden and second for some ideas on how to modernise it, what plants to keep but more importantly what to do with a sunken garden, old stone wall and path we really don’t like Jo also took into account how this would all work with the future double rear extension. I will continue to take regular consultations in the future Thks Jo Stephen, Sevenoaks”
