Katie has helped us transform our garden from a pile of mud following an extension. It’s now the pretty, calm and easy cottage style garden I wanted. She was great at keeping us on track with our need for low maintenance - gently bringing us back to our initial requests when we started proposing plants that went against this or would take us over our budget. The design was created quickly and to a high standard. The creation of the garden was on time and within budget. Happy to give Katie 5 stars!

Katie and her crew did an outstanding transformation of our garden and outside space. We have a lovely house, but it had a tiny patio, large drive and no garden to speak of. Katie’s clever design totally revolutionised the space. We now have a beautiful large garden. Our friends still don’t know how she did it - we’re not sure if she is a designer, an illusionist or magician! Our space is now practical, stylish and beautiful and has truly been an amazing auto our home. Add to that, Katie and team are just an absolute pleasure to work with!

If you want creative design ideas and professional, conscientious and reliable project management from someone who genuinely cares then Katie is the person for you. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has transformed our garden from a simple lawn with borders to several individual zones offering beautiful contrasting settings.

Katie put together a most creative plan which met all my design criteria thoughtfully. She accompanied the hard design with invaluable planting plans and checklists for work to be done and materials to be acquired and used. The garden is now complete and I am getting huge pleasure from it, as well as enjoying the relatively low maintenance aspects of it.

The garden in our newly built house had a very basic patio and a simple square of lawn: it was truly a blank canvas. Katie at Simply Garden Design was keen to hear what ideas we had for the space, how we planned to use it and what plants we liked. She then sprinkled some fairy dust on that information and added some of her own wonderfully creative ideas to put together a beautiful design. She had the expert knowledge to give us a little bit of guidance on what would work best and what might be sub-optimal. The guys she worked with to make this a reality were an absolute delight, with an eye for detail that was a match for my own obsessive tendencies. They worked hard and were totally reliable. The finished project has lots of interest and actually makes the garden seem larger! I really can’t praise Katie or her landscaping team highly enough: we are absolutely delighted with our new garden.

Katie was absolutely spot on with delivering a perfect design for our garden She listened carefully to our requirements and produced a stunning finished result. Katie’s design was implemented by a team of landscapers she works along side and together the whole project was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

From start to finish Katie was throughly,professional, came up with some amazing ideas for our small space and worked to our budget. We are so pleased with the result. Aftercare is brilliant too with plant maintenance schedules . We really cannot recommend Katie enough. She has a great team working with her who worked hard and left the site clean and tidy.

We were lucky enough to secure Katie’s services recently for our garden project. From my very first telephone conversation with Katie, I knew she would be the right person for the job! We liked the way she worked; at every stage we had the option to ‘go it alone’ with the ideas she gave us or continue with her expertise (which, of course we did!). Katie listened to our concerns and had great suggestions to overcome them. Burleigh Landscapes who, on Katie’s recommendation, brought the design to life were also excellent. Really nice guys to have around and very courteous and conscientious. We are delighted with our finished garden and have already had so much more use out of all the newly created spaces. Thank you!
