“Terry Sims as well as all her subcontractors were fabulous to work with. We worked with Terry from afar as we live in Cali-fornia at this time and she was working on a home we pur-chased in Idaho that needed a huge backyard landscape. She was always very responsive to email and phone calls and sending us the plans. The plan she came up with was so over the top fantastic. She listened to all our input regarding plants we loved, budget, and long term goals for the yard. She also did not hesitate to let us know what plants we should stay away from and offered ideas of substitution plants that would be a better choice. Her final plan to give us the privacy we were looking for, without our fence looking like a fortress of trees, was so beyond anything we could have asked for. It was like nothing we had seen when driving through the area looking for ideas. She created a park like setting throughout our en-tire yard. The waterfall she designed and implemented is worth every dollar t he yard cost us to re-landscape. Terry not only gave us the yard of our dreams but also kept in mind that we were cost conscious and that we were so far away. When we were looking at cutting costs she really edu-cated us on what we could do during a second phase, how we could use a different material, and what would be foolish to cut out. On her own she would send us updates via email and video so we could view how the yard was changing. When we were able to finally see the yard completed in May, after working with her since February, we were so pleased with the detail she put into the whole yard. She completed it on time just as we arrived from Califor-nia for a visit. Even though the project has been completed Terry has continued to answer our emails, visit the yard to check up on open issues, and support any concerns we have had since our last visit in October. I look forward to working with Terry and her crew again when I move into the home and complete the front yard transition. “We hired Maggie Clark from Franz Witte Landscape Contracting to design and oversee the installation of a "simple" outdoor kitchen. The project turned out to be anything but simple! It involved redoing a brick stairway between an upper and lower patio area, removal and reinstallation of a large part of the lower sand set patio area, and organization and scheduling of multiple subcontractors including plumbing, granite installation, electrical, cabinet maker, etc. Maggie was extremely responsive throughout the entire project. I never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response from her to any question I had. When the granite installation was not up to either of our expectations, she was quick to get this resolved with the granite installer at no additional cost to me. The result was a beautiful addition to our outdoor living area that we love to use! I would highly recommend Maggie and Franz Witte Landscape Contracting to anyone looking for "something special".”

“Adam and his crew are very good at what they do. We were very pleased with the installation of our artificial grass. All dates, time and cost were met and completely spelled out. There was no confusion. They were here when they said they would be and the job was done on schedule. We did have a couple hiccups with weather but that was totally out of their control. Very please and would highly recommend. In fact I wish I had more area they could install for me. Unfortunately our HOA will not allow artificial grass in the front of our house. Otherwise....”
