“Sinclair's bid was the most competitive of three received. The written scope in the contract was clearly defined, with a couple minor language adjustments readily accommodated. The painting crew was adequately staffed, punctual and did a very thorough prep job. The foreman, in particular, was proactive. The painting was completed within the time frame quoted, despite several days of inclement weather. The only negative was the subcontracted scaffolding was left in place for 3 weeks after completion; extended poor weather was the probably cause.”

“I'm overall really happy with the house painting job provided by Vincent Powell Painting and Decorating. I hired Vince to paint the outside of my home which consists of both stucco and siding. He explained all the details of the work up front, made recommendations and finished the job in the scheduled amount of time. “We have used CertaPro painters for two jobs and will use them again. Our most recent experience was a detailed interior job in our Edwardian house. Just like they did when they painted the exterior some time ago they were great. Our initial contact was George who gave us a detailed explanation of the scope and sequence of the job. He and Jessica helped us make color choices and were very patient throughout the process supplying samples that were applied to the walls that helped us "see" how it would look. As with our last experience Humberto was the lead painter. He and his team were punctual, fastidious, hard working, and did an excellent job. The office communicated clearly with us and were responsive to all of our inquiries. When working with contractors we have found that going with a higher bid does not guarantee satisfaction. With CertaPro we found the balance of value, good work for a fair price. This is an honest and professional company. We have received a lot of compliments on their work. We would highly recommend them and would use their services again.”
