“Sinclair's bid was the most competitive of three received. The written scope in the contract was clearly defined, with a couple minor language adjustments readily accommodated. The painting crew was adequately staffed, punctual and did a very thorough prep job. The foreman, in particular, was proactive. The painting was completed within the time frame quoted, despite several days of inclement weather. The only negative was the subcontracted scaffolding was left in place for 3 weeks after completion; extended poor weather was the probably cause.”

“I'm overall really happy with the house painting job provided by Vincent Powell Painting and Decorating. I hired Vince to paint the outside of my home which consists of both stucco and siding. He explained all the details of the work up front, made recommendations and finished the job in the scheduled amount of time.
