He was very knowledgeable and gave me different options to help solve my problem. He also explained everything along the way and I feel like I learned something. “I noticed a leak under my hot water heater and called Pat O'Neill. She came by within a half hour, discovered it could not be repaired and showed me why. By the end of the day I had a new hot water heater, and only then found out it was suppose to be her day off. She just didn't want me to go over night without hot water. She checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well, then sent me a thank you note with a Peet's gift card in it. What plumber does that?! She is the BEST. I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“We called Sal on two occasions this year. Our water heater was very old and we received a bid from a large company which was quite high. I got Sal’s name from Nextdoor Neighbor where he had good reviews. He responded quickly to my call, made recommendations to make the unit run more efficiently and his price was much better than the other company. He helped pick up the new unit and installation went well. He also just helped install a new sump pump for us. He’s responsive and does good work.”

“We had In Demand Plumbing re-pipe our entire house and it was the best contractor experience we have ever had. He provided a detailed written estimate, was responsive to calls and emails, showed up on time and did really amazing work for a very reasonable price for this size of job. As Jeff was working he found a few other plumbing issues around the house and fix those at no additional cost...who does that these days! Jeff is the only plumber we are ever going to call again.”

“Larrabee & Associates are absolutely amazing. We met them when our realtor organized them to do our home inspection prior to purchasing our home in the Bay area. They detected some foundation issues, so we had them make the necessary repairs. They were efficient, professional, clean and honest. I still recall the look on the city inspector's face when he reviewed their work to sign off on the permit. He said that the Larrabee team had gone over and above what needed to be done to ensure the job passed inspection. He mentioned having never seen such amazing work. I have just met with Larrabee again so they could inspect our property since we had some settling due to the drought. Again, they were reliable, thorough and honest in their inspection of our property. These guys are one in a million!”
