“Core 3D Labs needed a new floor surface in our Milling Control Center that would last in a high traffic area and would withstand chemical spills. We contacted Concrete Overlay Systems for advice & options. They were very helpful with their suggestions and we decided on coating our concrete with a Resinous (Polyaspartic) Floor Coating due to its higher abrasion tolerance than standard epoxy and would not yellow over time from the sunlight shining through the large windows of the south wall. The staff at COS worked over the weekend to get the job done in order to not disrupt business. Very professional crew. We highly recommend Concrete Overlay Systems and will be using them again in the future.”

“After much research we took the plunge & chose to have our basement walls & joists spray foamed. I have to admit it was hard to think of spending money on a treatment that is going to be behind the walls, in the ceiling & never seen. Well thanks goodness we did. We can already notice a huge difference, our basement has never been warmer not to mention quiet! Spray Foam Worx was knowledgeable, on time and on budget. I needed some help in making the process run as smooth as possible......in stepped A Method For Your Madness. Kristan came to our home, was polite, calm and helpful. She packed up our kitchen in a logical manner which helped me unpack at the other end. Kristan arrived on time where we discussed what was happening on the day and how best she would spend her time. “I'm a real estate agent with RE/MAX in Calgary. My family and I were looking to do a patio cover on the upper deck of our walkout home. We have a south facing backyard and the floor of the deck can get unbearable not to mention 80% of the time we close all of the curtains for the south windows as the home heats up significantly. I interviewed several companies and extensively researched polycarbonate, tempered glass, and acrylite. We ended up going with this company because we liked the idea of having a see through ceiling and uv block. I am so thrilled with our decision. The entire process was seamless, and the structure looks amazing. It really looks like a high end product. A couple of days ago I was at a clients acreage and they had done a sunroom recently with another company, and I couldn't believe it. It was night and day. The product and the installation felt so DIY and cheap. I really dodged a bullet as that was a company I had interviewed with polycarb. I expected it to be cooler under the cover but never imagined that it would actually keep our home cool as well. All of our curtains are open during the day now and we're loving it. The other companies told me a lot of stories about acrylite to try to deter me, but the product and the technology and installation have come so far. Don't listen to it. If you want a luxurious feel to your patio cover or sunroom and want it to do what you paid it to do then call these guys.”

“We first heard of PLANiT Builders from their ads around the Saddledome ice, and that prompted us to meet with them at the home show a few weeks later. The person who came to our house to estimate our project was very accommodating and truly cared about what end result we were looking for. Since I know people in the industry, I was able to source my flooring and underlay for less than they would have done it for me, so they quoted me on the entire basement development without flooring, which I am not sure every "turnkey" contractor would agree to. Their project manager was accessible and understanding. The couple things that didn't go quite right were rectified right away. For example, when our window was removed to bring all the drywall in, they accidentally popped off the alarm system sensor, and when they cleaned up it was put in the trash. PLANiT told me to get it replaced and to send them the bill, no questions asked. I am currently building a new house and when we're ready to develop the basement, we'll definitely consider PLANiT again.”
