“Ken did an excellent job redoing my fencing. I had estimates from a fencing company of $4100 to replace my fence which is a combination of vinyl, wood and brick. Ken was able to recycle some materials, and then repair, repaint and improve this fence making it look brand new and beautiful for an extremely low price in a short period of time. I've had a number of compliments already from my neighbors. I will definitely call him first for any handyman work I may need in the future.”

“Charlie’s Handyman Service is the best Handyman I have ever used. I’ve used many over the years and I have never found anyone as reliable and honest and hard working. He arrives on time. He’s very polite. He’s extremely clean. He leaves everything spotless. I won’t use any other Handyman. He comes from Rancho Cucamonga I live in La Verne, I know it’s a distance but he comes out here and does jobs for us. I have used Charlie (the owner) for well over 20 jobs already.”

“Had a massive 14' x 40' old wood covered patio that needed demo and removal. They responded and showed up for bid on a Sunday! They handle demo/hauling, REO services, yard clearing/brush removal, recycling, handyman, etc. Came in at exceptional price, showed up on time, worked straight through, and cleaned up nicely. Even recommended them to a GC that has done work for me. Really great, honest, local family-run company.”

“We took a number of bids from other stair companies and Pike Stair was the only company who said they could do the work we wanted the way we wanted it. Other stair companies "insisted" what we wanted could not be done. In addition, Pike was not the most expensive, and because they said they could do "the impossible", I did have concerns and told the owner about them. He assured me it was going to be done. Once construction began it was discovered my house was not built to code 35 years ago and this caused some problems with installation. In my head I thought, "I knew there were going to be overruns." However, the owner and I discussed the issues and the lack of code was a surprise to him as well as I. We came to a very reasonable agreement on how much extra it was going to cost. I watched on a number of days the work ethic of both Eric Pike and Hanno. I was truly amazed at how hard they worked on such a hard project. Their personal dignity is truly part of the work they do. Doing poor work humiliates them and so they will never allow that to happen even if the "poor work" is in the "eye of the homeowner." I would hire them again and again and attempted to do so, but ran out of money on other improvement projects. When I have the money again I won't even call around as Pike was the only one who wanted to get me what I wanted the way I wanted it. BTW, the stairs came out beautiful. I could not have been more satisfied. In other words they did the impossible for a good price and would not leave a concern unanswered and fixed.”

“Three maids came to our house on time, and all of them were very nice and did a great job. They did everything I asked with no problems. I had my oven cleaned, shutters dusted and deep cleaning. My showers look new again. We have cats and dogs that cant get out and they were so careful to make sure none of the animals got out and that they were happy too.
