“We found Robbie after extensive searching and consultations with staircase manufacturers and designers. Our ‘problem’ was with a 25-year-old staircase that had been built as part of a loft extension without much thought to the design. Over the years, some of the design flaws become a source of irritation. Robbie spent a long time with us, analysing our irritations including how we used our house, and why we had, for example a recent ground floor extension built. His background as a trained architect must give him a sympathetic insight into design. His attention to detail, along with his consideration for our needs, including how we lived whilst the build was ongoing, was second to none. He is highly professional and a superb craftsman. Ultimately, we now have a staircase that looks like it was original to our Edwardian house, and we could not be happier.”
