“We initially made contact with Jarrods through an internet enquiry, hearing back from them the same day when an appointment was booked for their representative to call. The initial consultation and design was carried out to a high standard which gave us great confidence in this company especially the way they do business with the price that they quote - offer no deals or incentives - that is the price for the staircase - we knew immediately what we were paying. Having agreed the initial details and placed the order the quality of the survey that took place was outstanding, spending 2 hours measuring and confirming with us all the details, together with putting additional provisions in place as it was not known exactly how the current staircase was constructed so additional components where order - without an increase in price, to ensure that everything would be on sight for the installation. He even drove back to the house after 15 minutes as he had thought about something else and needed to ensure he had taken additional measurements. I was able to book in advance of this survey a provisional installation date to fit in with other works that I am having completed that was subsequently confirmed. The two fitters - Rhys and Rathan arrived exactly in time and to my complete amazement had disassembled 75% of the original staircase within the first hour. They were both absolutely amazing throughout the three day installation which was carried out to an exceptionally high standard in every way. The attention to detail was truly fantastic, continually checking with me how I wanted things done if there was more than one way of doing it. It made me feel that I had a great involvement in the construction process as I had done in the design process. Every night they left my house in an immaculate condition checking with me each evening was I happy with how they had cleared up where they had not only used a dustpan and brush but brought their own vacuum cleaner as well. It was a pleasure having them work in my house. They were both a great credit to their company acting as true ambassadors. The finished staircase had ‘surpassed my expectations’ something that I did not believe possible as I am a very very fussy and particular person around my house. I can truly just say “OMG”!!! I cannot recommendation Jarrod’s enough to anyone if you are considering have a new staircase. The whole experience was brilliant and the ‘icing on the cake’ was when I received a phone call from Jarrod personally the evening the staircase was completed. For the owner of the company to take the time to contact me personally to check that I was happy with my staircase is something I was not expecting and shows me that this company deserves all the success that it has achieved and I sincerely hope that it continues to grow as Jarrod and all his team are all true professionals.”
