“Working with Linda from No471 was a dream! Not only is she a perfectionist with an eye for detail: she listened to what I needed and understood immediately how to achieve the best possible outcome. I had a spacious “summer room” at the back of my property that was no longer fit for purpose and I needed it transformed into a comfortable Beauty Treatment Room. “Nathan has a no nonsense approach and if he said he would do something, he did. How refreshing that was. Although obviously busy, we felt we had lucked out as having a builder where the trades are all lined up one after the other without big gaps in between was such a relief. We had 2 bathrooms turned into 1 large one. I had done my own hand drawn scale drawings and we had bought all the products, many other companies don't like that but Willow Tree were not phased by anything and did not complain. They were flexible and accommodating and very professional. The project went smoothly and the different tradesmen were excellent at their job. We were particularly impressed by the main bathroom installer who worked hard, had very high standards and was pleasant to have around. As I said to Nathan, best experience I have had of using a builder and I just hope we can use him again. Bit worried he'll be too busy though.”
