“Russell has been converting our house over the past 12 months. This is a full house renovation turning a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom house. Russell Hewes has excellently completed a loft and side return extension. They have also finished the interiors to a very high standard and their builders are consummate professionals - incredibly respectful, professional and friendly. We are delighted with the amazing job they have done and would strongly recommend them for anyone embarking on a major project where they want a high aesthetic finish and attention to detail.”

“Karim did a great job in providing the structural plans and calculations for our project and took the time out to explain and go through them clearly with me to ensure that we understood what they were saying - which was hugely valuable as it's very difficult to decipher structural plans for a layman. In addition he made sure that he was on hand to provide any updates as and when and went out of his way to ensure that we could contact him at any time directly. Thank you Karim!”

“Imperial Development London were the contractors for our side and rear extension. The team were excellent to work with. All punctual, professional, friendly and respectful. We lived in whilst the work was being done, so it was important that we picked a building team that we could get on well with. I don’t think we could have found a better team. We even had neighbours commenting on how lovely our builders were and lots of people have walked past and said how good our house looks. With us living in, the team had to be flexible, working around us whilst we were in the house. Nothing was too much trouble. Glen was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on how things could be done. He let us know in advance when we needed to order supplies, so that they’d be delivered in time for work to be done. He recommended suppliers for building materials, plumbing supplies, hardware, flooring etc. He also gave us plenty of warning when there would be times that we’d need to make ourselves scarce, so that we could make arrangements. The build took around 6 months and Imperial did the bulk of our build, including the groundwork, carpentry, fitting the kitchen and utility room and renovating the garden. They also have a network of fabulous bricklayers, roofers, plumbers, tilers, decorators and electricians that were on hand to help complete the build. The build was completed pretty much on schedule, despite there being a couple of unforeseen issues that delayed parts of the work. We absolutely love our new master bedroom and ensuite, kitchen, utility room, snug, and garden- all done by Imperial Development London Ltd.”
