“I used MKW Surfaces to supply and fit my kitchen work surfaces, the service I received was brilliant from start to finish. No request or query of mine was ever a big deal. The guys at MKW worked with us to find our perfect surface within our budget. At the templating stage a number of design elements that had not occurred to us were brought to our attention ensuring that all our fittings and appliances would work in the best way possible once everything had been fitted. The fitters attention to detail was excellent, taking his time to ensure the finish was perfect. They renovated our new house for us last year, a Georgian town house. We wanted to retain the traditional feel of the house and the original features where possible but we also wanted to create modern living spaces, particularly in our kitchen/basement. “Great service from the initial home visit to completion of the work. They took time to understand what we were trying to achieve from the outset, which compared to at least 2 other kitchen companies we had used before, was a refreshing change. The designer clearly knew what questions to ask us which made us think about our initial design. He was excellent. The administration/organisation of the job was detailed and accurate, again something that has let us down previously. Finally the execution of the job was as promised (I had my doubts as we had changed our mind at least twice about our design) There is not much I can fault them for, it shouldn't be necessary to comment on a company doing what they say they would do but corny though it sounds they really did do ''exactly what it said on the tin'' - fit a very good kitchen without any of the expected hassle.”
