“The first thing I think of regarding DMG (Distinctive Marble & Granite) is how professional their team is! From the first phone call to the receptionist, then to speaking with their sales team and field-guys reviewing the measurements, to receiving timely calls by their installation team prior to delivery/installation, all great communicators! I never question what's going on in the sales process because the plan is clearly distributed with me, and I'm continually updated along the way. “I purchased some antique copper mosaics for my bathroom from BELK Tile and I LOVE them. They allowed me to create a customized look for way less money than purchasing a metallic tiles from the local store. The colors are typical copper tone which makes them very interesting to look at. Also they are very easy to clean and you can't beat the high end finish look, for the price you pay. I highly recommend it!”

“Troyer Transformation performed cabinet refacing in our kitchen. Their expertise and attention to detail was impeccable. They surpassed our expectations and transformed our kitchen from average builder grade materials to a kitchen pictured in a magazine. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. We started this project in the typical customer/ contractor relationship but by the end of the project I'm glad to call them my friends. Hard to find that these days.”

They have superior customer service and helped me so much with my backsplash project, including answering my questions right away- even on a holiday weekend, getting a backordered item to me early and completely making it right when some tiles had manufacturing defects- they were awesome and I would definitely use them again. They have the best and most unique selection out there especially for all different kinds of glass tile! And I looked everywhere! They were the best, save yourself some time and buy all your tile and tile accessories from them!”

“Excellent customer service: very helpful and accommodating even with changing dates for scheduled service. Very professional all the way around. Sub-contractors (tile installer) perpetuated the high standards of the company. Very good selection of tile and made great recommendations based on customer needs and vision. Pricing seems comparable to competitors. Job was completed on a very timely basis (at least their part of it; ours, not so much) and in accordance to the schedule agreed to. Quality of tile installation was outstanding (floor of master bath and full shower stall). The finished tile job is beautiful and flawless. Will definitely use them again for future tile needs.”

“We are customers. Gorgeous selection of tile and stone. Probably the most elegant inventory in central Ohio. Owner Jan Cahill is knowledgeable and ethical. Stands by workmanship and was honest and helpful to us. We purchased tile and quartzite counters from him, and *almost* pulled the trigger on limestone counters and fireplace surround but they would have been a budget buster, so switched to concrete. -Nina H.”
