“My experience of this company (which I found through Google) was through a gentleman called Tony Edwards who I contacted for some advice and the purchase of some external tiles. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. The outcome of my contact with Mr. Edwards was that I received goods that were exactly as described, suited the job perfectly and were delivered the day after I ordered.
