“Granite counter tops in 3 bathrooms and laundry room. Granite hearth and fireplace surround. Every aspect of the experience was highly professional and their commitment to customer satisfaction was exceptional. I changed patterns and designs several times and each time the consultants were pleasant and courteous, they were patient and focused on doing all that they needed to make my project come out even better than I had hoped! This was one of the best vendor experiences of our remodel.”

“On the 16th of January, 2014 Luxury Countertops delivered and installed our granite countertops. The team who delivered and installed the countertops were very courteous and professional when they arrived and continued to be so throughout the entire event. They went above and beyond when my wife asked them to reinstall the cooktop. Although they said they couldn't they checked the fit of the cooktop and the newly installed countertop and found that the cooktop didn't fit the cutout. The team addressed this issue and the countertop fit perfectly. The countertops are beautiful and add value to our kitchen replacing the laminate we previously had when we purchased our home. The price we paid was the best we found and the quality of craftsmanship and professionalism is unmatched. My wife and I long dreamed of having new countertops when a friend suggested Luxury to us and we're grateful she did. Luxury provided us the best of three prices we received. The prices we were quoted were $5K, $4K, and”

“Sales lady, Tina was very helpful with helping me match up everything with the wall colors and carpet I had. ( not an easy job). The employees doing the work were consistant and made sure that things lined up correctly, and finished the job on time. They also cleaned up after themselves well. I would definitely recommend them. “My granite countertop came out gorgeous thanks to the professional workmanship of this crew! They measured exactly and recommended a wider border which came out perfect and hid flaws on the wall. The seams were minimal which was important to me - I would Highly Recommend them to anyone.”

“We replaced flooring in three rooms during a renovation and addition, including special ordered stone for a large new bath. Pros: The Floorco team was professional, prompt and comfortable to work with, especially their installer, Mike, who did a stellar job for start to finish and was a pleasure to have on site. They worked well with me on selection, were knowledgeable about their products and kept reasonably to the schedule. Con: My only criticism is that there was a price discrepancy on the special ordered limestone which, at an increase of $3 per tile from initial to final quote was considerable. This may have been due to inside company miscommunication---there was part time staff involved----but obviously it added up and as I'd priced it for less elsewhere this cost could have swayed my choice. Still with improved communication we would definitely use Floorco for our next project.”
