“I finished a chair today! Yeh. I’ve studied upholstery on and off for about five years. This is the very best course that I’ve been on. I had fun, I have learned loads, I completed a rocking chair which two other classes couldn’t/wouldn’t help me with, thanks to Clare and Nicola who are very hands on and never leave you waiting as the classes are quite small. 5 stars and highly recommended.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the total professionalism of TS Design Studio. We have had in our family an old Captains chair that is over one hundred years old and which was badly in need of some help. All the legs had become unglued, the leather seat insert had long ago worn out and the general appearance was very tired. TS Design Studio gave us an honest opinion on the best way to restore our chair. Not wanting to opt for a modern foam and staple job, the chair was lovingly restored using similar methods and materials as those used by the original craftsman over one hundred years ago, the result was stunning and we are so thrilled with the finished work. TS Design Studio have a wealth of knowledge and I cannot recommend them highly enough. “My experience with LFS was great. They delivered a very high finish, made several home visits to show fabric samples and gave professional advice on what to select. Our home was under a total refurbishment after it was flood damaged and LFS were patiently awaiting the final delivery date without penalty for storage of our three pieces of furniture. Talking with the owner, Michael, and his employees was always pleasant and professional.
