“No hassle, no pressure, great experience all around. Got a quote, all done on line in just a few minutes, for some windows that are defective. I'd heard about Zen Windows from friends in other cities who raved about them and thought it was worth checking them out here. Wow, absolutely no high pressure and a very reasonable quotation, he explained all the options and their pros and cons, not like some others I contacted. Previously I've had to struggle through high pressure salesmen and had a lot of my time taken up for others who insisted on coming to my home, even though I explained I'm not ready to buy. I just wanted to research what's available and get some pricing to be able to decide on who and what to use when I am ready. Brian was happy to answer all my questions and quote the project, he even offered some suggestions for things I wasn't aware of. There is no question, Zen is my choice, the right product and the right people when I'm ready to buy.”

“Hoke lumber is any builders #1 source for all their material needs. From the newest hire all the way to up the owners everyone is always willing to take whatever time is necessary to best suit your material needs. In our world of uneducated and or unrealistic responses to questions at the big box hardware conglomerates everyone at Home is a breath of fresh air. I say these things from a builders point of view although many times I have observed Rick, Bob, Mike, Paul, Billy taking the time to thoroughly explain things to homeowners tackling projects that may even be a little beyond their capabilities.
