We had sliding doors installed by IQ Glass (Hedgehog) in 2019. When the track needed a minor adjustment, Aimee at HQ immediately arranged Razvan to come, inspect and sort it out. Very efficient. Great teamwork and brilliant customer service. Thank you.

Four years ago IQ Glass fully glazed our new extension and replaced all the windows in the original house. Apart from a delay in installation, all was completed very well and we were very satisfied. Four years on and one of our french door glazing units crazed so we needed to arrange for a replacement. I contacted April James, IQ's project manager, she was very helpful ordering the new unit and arranging for the installation. Darek, IQ's fitter arrived on time yesterday morning and soon had the new panel in place. He was very conscientious and went on to check the other windows and doors in the house to make sure they were all working well. He was very thorough and lubricated all the french doors and fixed any problems that he came across. We are very happy with the service that we received from IQ Glass, especially from April and Darek.

IQ are truly experts in the glazing world. I could not fault the workmanship, the product or the customer service. We are thrilled with the job. It could not have been improved upon. We have always found the teams who came to our home to be very professional. We had no doubt they knew exactly what they were doing with the very large panes of glass. All fitted and sealed with no fuss and no hitches. Excellent customer service from the project manager too. Very approachable, efficient and diligent.

We had some fabulous sliding glass doors installed by IQ Glass 5 years ago and they’ve been a showstopper ever since. A few weeks ago, we developed a niggle that made it difficult to open the doors. I called the customer service team at IQ Glass and spoke to April who took ownership of the case straight away and even offered to send a technician round that day. I thought it would be a major job but the technician Darek identified the problem immediately, did the repair and even cleaned up the locking mechanism so that our doors slid and locked like new. I was incredibly impressed not only with the level of service but also with the fact that both April and Darek were utterly delightful. It’s one thing to have a great product but to back it up with such a professional customer service team is quite another. Thank you IQ Glass!
