Wall color for kitchen/family room open space?

Recently purchased a home and driving myself crazy with attempting to choose the 'right' paint color. I am looking for a variation of grey as the home will be taken in a more modern, mid century direction. The room is open and quite vast so I am a tad intimidated in choosing a color. My present home has SW modern gray which I can choose again but looking for fresh ideas. Any and all will be welcomed.
The pics show the home as it is presently, before we move in. The kitchen countertops are concrete. Thanks in advance!!
