Living room centre light or spot lights?
Comments (12)Hi again. Your room is modern, contemporary and elegant and I'd definitely look to soften the look with a pendant light. I can estimate the size of your room and I agree with you, keep it simple and stylish. Quality, is your key here. I'd be tempted to look at glass, something that's reflective or that's clean (non-fussy looking) as you have a lot that's 'talking' in your room. Comments (4)Eye catching lighting can really transform a room and create an elevated statement. These work well above dining tables as highlighted by Rocco Borghese, where they can become great conversation starters! Accent lighting is fab for illuminating dark crevices or help you see into the back of shelves which is very handy. It is a very transitional, discrete type of lighting compared to a big statement that may become outdated. Ultimately, it is up to the homeowners needs and desires!...See Moreindustrial style light fitting but no light shade
Comments (5)Definitely had a glass shade. What your looking for is a replacement with a neck so the lip sits on top of the screws. This site has a good selection but double check the diameter of the fitting: https://jmoncrieff.co.uk/John-Moncrieff-replacement-glass-light-shades/John-Moncrieff-clear-globe--with-neck-in-various--sizes- Ebay is a good source for replacement shades as well....See MoreShall I use Dulux space and light enhancing for light or dark colours
