Help with colour schemes

My new kitchen is cream units with dark brown worktops (with copper flecks) and bright orange splashbacks. Floor is honey oak. Will have clear glass table with bright orange perspex chairs. Need help on wall colour and also adding another colour for picture/accessories and pendant lamp over table . Also need to decorate through to sitting area - same floor, sofa is bronze hammered leather. What accent colour could I use here to tie back to the orange in kitchen? Any ideas welcome as worried I've gone down a brown/orange cul de sac and could be too 70's!
